My dads Doctor recommended CPAP Select to us. After calling a number of places we found that CPAP Select staff were the friendliest and most knowledgeable. We were given brand new equipment to trial and very happy with their service.

Disgusting customer service from this company. Spoke to them a few weeks ago and a lady on the phone was extremely rude. Have heard of stories from this place about receiving dirty or unclean equipment. Very unprofessional, honestly you’re better off going to CPAP Direct, they’re actually friendly people. Won’t ever be going here again.

The most friendliest staff I've met in a very long time... it's taken me 5 yrs from when I was first told I had OSA till now to b able to start the ball rolling on getting my own machine and for that I'm so very thankful... I will certainly b bragging to anyone who will listen on just how friendly and understanding the staff is....

Came here for a rental cpap machine. Nice people however please beware when testing the tubes may not be sterilised so in the consultation if you breathe in what smells like sweat, it is not due to a new mask smell " it is because it has not been cleaned by the hospital they send it to. I could also see digusting dried moisture/ sweat marks in the tube. Make sure you ask for a new tube. I have wasted too much sleep in two nights taking the time to try clean the tube out myself. I have talked to staff and will be going in to get a replacement."

when buying or purchasing a replacement cpap mask the employee at cpap select didn’t they should communicate by asking me are you happy with the current cpap mask you have?

Exceptional staff! All are very friendly, informative/knowledgeable, empathetic, enthusiastic and understanding. From explaining how to use the machine, answering questions and helping view/interpret the CPAP machine data, they've all been great!
