Dr Baker is the best GP I’ve ever had - thanks

It can be hard to find fantastic GP's so I was so happy when I found Dr Karyn Tee! She is so empathetic and takes the time to listen and truely consider what her patients need.

Make the right choice and find a practice that actually cares about their patients, which is most definitely not Pro Health Care. This is the worst clinic I have ever experienced.I waited over 4 weeks for a long consult with a new doctor I was looking to transition over to. The booking was made in person and confirmed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they don't do long consults and I'd only have 15 minutes. They then tried blaming the error" on their online booking system (which I hadn't used). I then learned the clinic doesn't do long consults because they make more money from short consults but spin this as being able to see more patients.Pro Health Care - Medicare include long consults on their schedule for a reason. Your money grabbing arrogance has lost at least one patient who was looking to become a long-term customer. I hope this review makes others think twice about sending their business your way too."

I called Pro Health Care Mitcham early in the morning and I was able to get in the same day. The receptionist was lovely and very welcoming and Doctor Tee was very kind, caring and thorough.This was my first visit to this Doctors clinic and I will certainly go back there, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic

A wonderful clinic! Dr Grant baker is our usual GP and he is a very caring doctor. We have seen multiple other doctors and have never had a bad experience. I could not recommend this clinic more. The reception staff and nurses are all so wonderful every visit.
