I cannot express how happy I am with my roof conversion (concrete tile to Colorbond for a BIG house, including new guttering and downpipes).The team was meticulous in planning, quoting and executing my project. They met with me numerous times to cover off all angles of my roofing project and were incredibly patient and clever in solving every last detail.Pricing was competitive (not the cheapest, nor the most expensive) and Jarret’s knowledge and attention to detail was why I chose Alpha over the other 4x quotes I received. Jarret’s opts for a quality first approach in materials and execution (which I appreciate, given I am quite particular).Alpha’s team of full time roofers (led by Danny and Andrew – who are both incredibly friendly and detail oriented) completed my project in around a week and the quality is superb. Alpha roofing is a highly professional firm.My tile re-roofing was done ahead of the time I had expected, with the job taking less than a day and a half.The result of their work is a roof of excellent quality which is sure to last for many decades.I was kept in the loop constantly, and found William, the boss, very obliging and informative.Initially, the old roof was inspected by mark, who measured, photographed and assessed the condition of the tiles.He was also obliging and very friendly and knowledgeable.I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone with potential re-roofing or roof-repair issues.

I made a call to Alpha Roofing after another company refused the job I required as being too small for them.Luke came on time on the day agreed, inspected the work required, completed a quote that evening and after acceptance of the quote a date was set for the work to commence. The person assigned to my job arrived and completed the work in a timely manner, at completion explained clearly what he had done to rectify the roof leak and left having cleaned up the site.Luke followed up twice after rain to ensure the work was completed to my complete satisfaction before sending me the invoice for payment.A very pleasing experience as a client and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company again.Definitely highly recommend!

Getting quotes for our roof repaint from a couple of local companies was a real high pressure experience but Luke was very polite, competitive, efficient and great people to deal with. Level of service you don’t often find! Although we had to wait to get our old concrete tile roof replaced with colourbond as they’re so busy, we were kept updated along the way. Any questions were welcomed & answered promptly. We’re out of state & Alpha coordinated with the Property Manager & tenants - made everything so easy. For such a large investment we wanted a quality contractor as you get what you pay for. Both sets of tenants were barely inconvenienced for a day. Got gutter guard installed at same time & also the granny flat at the back for a good price We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Love the colour of our new roof - it looks fantastic!
