An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish.Mark gave professional advice on the pros and cons of each flooring type.He calculated the required tiles, carpet and bamboo flooring based on room dimensions for us.Helped us find a tiler.Provided additional advice on how to cater for expansion gaps, island benches, room boundaries and even how to move a piano over an incomplete bamboo floor.Fantastic service and knowledge.

I have been to every tile shop from Brisbane down to the Byron Bay area and I promise you that you will not get the perfect customer service that we have had with this tile store. Samantha is absolutely amazing. She provides 1 on 1 service, even though they are busy, she remembers what you are after. That is very important that they know what you're looking for. After listening to you properly, then she goes and brings in tiles that you wouldn't always see because they're hidden in most stores...truly, all of the staff were great. Such a pleasant experience, easy to park, easy to get to, just so refreshing.
