Breville had an offer for a barista pack. Store said it was included and i just claim through Breville Website. They would not honour this even though it clearly stated my model was included in the promotion. I see this as very untrustworthy

Breville Coffee machines make good coffee but when they break down which seems to be to often you cannot get anybody to fix them in Canberra!, sending to Sydney is ridiculous. These machines are sold everywhere in Canberra but no Breville support at all!!!

Do not buy Breville, I have bought 2 coffee machine and they both stopped working. My second machine the breville IT oracle.can up with a message to descale it, so i did as per the instructions. Then stopped working and wont heat up. Even though its out of warranty it should not fail on a routine maintenance process that the machine initiate. I called center and even knew about this issue but wont repair it. Don't waste your time with Breville
