Amy is amazing! Our daughter was anxious and in tears over math at school as she felt as she knew nothing. She loves her tutor time with Amy and is now happy and confident at math. She always tells us that Amy explains is so much easier and she makes it make sense. Would recommend this business 100 times over.

Amy is an amazing maths tutor. She connected extremely well with both our teenage boys, tailoring lessons to their different maths abilities and school levels. I have no doubt our eldest passed Ncea maths because of Amy. Highly recommend.

Edit to add: Ivy missed a few sessions this past term/year to family life becoming a bit of a shambles. Not only has Amy been very patient with that, but Ivy never skips a beat. What she learns here really does stick! Amy is absolutely one of a kind! We came to her two years ago with a very shy and anxious daughter with autism who was struggling with reading and writing. Within the first year she had caught up to her age group, grown confidence socially and in the classroom. As teachers and classrooms have changed amy has been our one consistency which has been worth its weight in gold. I don’t know what we would do without the phonics fairy now - she even had my 11 year old asking for an NCEA maths book for her birthday!! If you want a bespoke learning experience, genuinely catered to your child’s needs, with someone prepared to bond with them, any is your person!

My daughter is really enjoying her Maths tutoring with Amy who quickly identified the gaps in her knowledge & made the learning fun for her by including games to really suit her style of learning. We were so impressed by Jenny who went above and beyond for our son. Her guidance with summer school for Canterbury University meant that he was able to pass a very important paper that he had missed in 2021. This has enabled him to regain his confidence and self esteem and get back on track with his studies for 2022. My daughter loves her lessons with Amy! The course material has been very helpful in improving her reading and writing, as it teaches the foundation or rules" of the English language that don't seem to be taught in the classroom. Amy's teaching style is very encouraging and fun

Any helped our son in year twelve with his English. She inspired him and gave him the confidence he needed to excel in English . This will set him up for life .I just wish we had found Amy earlier.

Amy is currently doing an awesome job with the kids maths.
