Broken Hill Outback Church Stay

All I can say is, Wow! What an incredible and unique place to stay in the beautiful AUS outback! I absolutely loved it and it's actually really affordable which is crazy when you see how luxurious this place is. Coming from Melbourne, if this were located here it would be over a grand a night easily.I have been here a few times now, there's a great quirkiness about Broken Hill, the people are all so lovely and different and the sunsets here (especially at a place close by called Mundi Mundi which the owners put me on too) are just incredible! I literally drove out there every night with camping chairs, wine and snacks for sunset - highly recommend you do this. Be warned it does get chilly though!One thing on my next list to do is actually also drive out to Barossa Valley vineyards from here too because it's not too far away! For a place to stay on your visit to Broken Hill, this has to be right up there. We stayed in the Cottage for 6 nights, a home away from home - full kitchen, laundry and air con. Broken Hill is a big/small country town, the location is an easy drive to most shops and attractions. Highly recommended.

Our stay in this converted church was awesome and Andrea the owner was very nice to us. I recommend this accomodation highly.

This place has a lovely mix of old world grandeur in the living and bedroom areas while the kitchen and bathrooms are comfortably modern. We stayed in the main residence which has an option for three rooms, the main with incredible church doors and a huge spa bath. There also seems to be a cottage which is separate and a smaller option at the back. There is good heating and cooling. We also had a lovely bottle of champagne waiting on our arrival.

Undoubtedly the best place for a large group to stay in Broken Hill. A little out of main town but local shops less than 100m away. Andrea and Guy were amazing and our stay fantastic - thanks for having our group of 9
