I walk in there worst customer service I’ve ever got asked me straight away about COVID check in when I clearly done it at the door then I ask to pull money out and the lady said she can’t do it because she’s swapping shifts and the other staff members didn’t know how to do it

If i could give 0 stars, I would. I have visited here multiple times and the service is poor if not rude at the best of times. Mask regulations are non existent and I shouldn't have to wait endlessly for staff to have conversations with regulars before I am served. I will not be going back.

Be vary mindful of what pump number you use as staff don't watch what pump is being used and will charge you for a random pump and try pay it off as your fault.. very unprofessional
