Highly Recommend All For Paws! I’ve had my 2 dachshunds in twice and I have never had to worry! Great communication and very reasonable pricing! The daily Facebook updates are amazing, seeing how happy they both look. :)

I have been a frequent customer of all four paws over the last 18 months.The team are highly professional and have looked after my dog as if she was one of their own.I have had stays ranging from 8 weeks to 10 days. These have been made with sometimes limited notice. The team frequently have gone the extra step to help me out.I have used other kennels in Townsvile prior to finding all four paws and none have reached the standard that has been set by this magnificent team.Having lived in most states in Australia the service and standard of care that has been provided by the team at all four paws is definitely unique and a cut above.I hope that I am lucky enough to find a place in Melbourne that is equal to the extremely high standard that all four paws has set.

Just picked up our two dogs, would highly reccomend this place . About the 3rd time now they have stayed for over 6 days.Great staff always look after our two dogs, and take great care of them including some special requirments for one of our dogs.Never feel worried leaving our dogs here as we know they are in great hands .Also love how we see daily photos of our fur babies on the Facebook page as it makes us feel like we aren't too far away from them when we are away.Thanks guys !

Extremely disappointed and disgusted in the way we were treated as customers. We specifically asked for our dogs to be left together and to not worry about mixing either of them with other dogs. We were spoken over and not listened to. The first day they mixed our dogs with others (didn’t keep my dogs together until kennelled) and it went fine until the second day when they introduced another female dog in the big yard. My dog was attacked and left with puncture wounds.When Julie called to let us know, every time we tried to say “this is why we asked for our dogs to just be left together without mixing” she would speak over the top of us, there was no apology, she just kept reiterating how they “did everything right” because the staff intercepted the altercation. HOWEVER, there wouldn’t have been one if our dogs were just kept together.When I rang later that day to ask how pixie was Julie laughed/scoffed on initial question and then continued to defend her staff and the situation without apologising … the closest I got to an apology was “obviously we don’t want any animal to be hurt”, well if that’s the case, why don’t your staff listen to owners?Pathetic excuse as a pet care, they care more about being right than they do the animals.My dogs couldn’t have been more excited to leave if they tried.

I have now used All for Paws on two occasions and cannot recommend them highly enough. Being in the ADF means I am never sure of exact dates my dog will require boarding and, on both occasions, I have required amendments to start and end dates multiple times. Julie and her wonderful team have been completely understanding and made it perfectly clear that this was no trouble for them whatsoever, even giving me a credit towards a future stay after my dog's first stay involved an earlier collection date than initially booked. Friends of mine have commented that their pet resorts would never do this!My dog absolutely loves his visits to All for Paws and being a total social butterfly, has loved being able to meet many new butts to sniff, or new friends as we humans call it. The daily photos on Facebook are a lovely idea to keep owners updated on their pet's holiday, or even a blossoming pet resort romance. The prices are also very reasonable and considerably lower than other pet resorts in Townsville. Thank you, Julie, Paul and the team for your tireless efforts and for offering such a high standard facility that is well-priced, convenient and provides an absolutely necessary service to the Townsville community. Had my boy in there over the Easter holidays and he had an absolute blast!My partner and I loved checking their Facebook page each night to see how he was doing.Will definitely be coming back in the future. Very affordable and worth the money.
