Flick were very professional. Tye was great even arrived earlier than he said. Tye was also very informative with the product he use’s especially with telling me it was safe and my dogs couldn’t get to the bait

Acacia has changed to Flick and no longer the same quality of service..Have always booked in with Acacia pest control.. however on booking this time, realised the company has changed to flick.. however, the job was a comprehensive pest control including check of rodents, spider and ant extermination.. The pests are all back in less than a month with vengeance and now we have a lot of millipedes too! I am confused as why we paid them $500+ as it was absolutely useless inside and out.

**** ZERO STARS *****Unfortunately we were provided with erroneous advice by Acacia on our house renovation. We were told that there was no active infestation. Turns out that advice was wrong. It would have been so simple to treat the problem properly ONCE during the building works when all the walls were open. Now we are left with with an ongoing nightmare.Unless you can trust a company to help when there is a problem with their work, THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED. When asked for help to fix the problem, ACACIA WERE ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND REFUSED TO EVEN OFFER ADVICE! BEWARE THIS COMPANY!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!I note the response now added by Acacia to the above review. Acacia DID undertake a review of the identified borer damage to the old house (which has been on that site now for over 70 years) AND EXPLICITLY CONFIRMED THAT THE ACTIVITY WAS HISTORICAL, NOT ONGOING. That is the advice which was wrong, and is now causing ongoing damage to the house. THAT is the advice which could have so easily been dealt with during construction. I reiterate my personal opinion that the response from Acacia was profoundly unhelpful when it was found that their advice was wrong. Based on this experience I very strongly do not recommend ACACIA. People - take note! Instead of apologising for having provided erroneous advice, instead of offering to help fix the problem caused by this erroneous advice, the response from ACACIA below is to argue.Having just spent yet another day dealing with the pest issue I remain so very disappointed with this company - what an absolute disgrace that I'm left with a building being eaten away. The service was prompt (with bees all around the house and in the walls, we wanted it to be), and David Alsop was the epitome of efficient, friendly and informative about what he was doing and why.

Staff were all the above, professional, thorough, on time. I have used this company for 10 years with great success. Highly recomend.

A fantastic company to deal with from the first phone call to when Alex complete the work. Alex was a very friendly knowledgeable employee. He explained the work to be carried out ensuring our pets were safely kept aside.Totally recommend them.
