The Healey Factory

What a great collection of cars! We had a wonderful tour of the Healey factory and the staff were so accommodating and insightful. Nothing was ever an issue and the craftsmanship and detail that goes into the restorations is second to none! It's no wonder these guys are world renowned for what they do.Well done everyone at the Healey Factory.

Helpful staff and a great selection of cars. I spent about 1.5 hours just admiring the cars. They are also able to source original reproductions from England - perfect place for an enthusiast.

I purchased my 1964 M G B there 4 odd years ago from Ron Spencer.when I,am in Melbourne at my sons place I visit the Healey Factory every timeand dream of my future cars I would love to own

Do you want to salivate all over some beautiful cars? This is the place. Went to look at old MG-Bs and bought an 88 vette. Andrew, Graham and everyone else were terrific befoire and after sales.

I am one very disappointed customer and definitely not going back to healey factory. Sent in my MGB for servicing and specifically told them to check the starter motor as the car is not starting up well. I also asked them to check the fuel gauge and the rpm gauge as it goes on and off intermittently. When I collected the car they told me when they checked everything, all is okay but I can send in my car next week and told me they might need to take the fuel tank out to check! But however I have no time so I send the car to an auto electrician and to my horror the auto electrician who billed me $20 found out my alternator is not charging which would leave me stranded with a flat battery and just replaced a fuse to get the fuel and rpm gauges working. While I got a bill of $1515 from healey factory for standard servicing, replacing of throttle cable and bracket, spark plugs, rear wheel brake cylinder that is $19 each on the bill. For all this the labour is 11 hours which added up to $1331 which is clearly overpriced.

The Healey factory are absolutely amazing to deal with. Rob and Chris have been assisting me with making the right choice in both my purchase and restoration of my 1967 Austin Healey 3000. They are a wealth of knowledge and are always happy to help. The other day Chris took my family and I into the workshop and showed us around. Gave me so much advice, tips and confidence on what I need to do. He let me know that I was welcome to come in or call whenever I wanted. Keeping in mind that I’m doing the restoration my self. So the only real benefit to the Healey factory is seeing another Healey on the road. I Have not experienced this service anywhere. Highly recommend these guys.Regards,Alan
