I got referred to Northern Building through a friend who knows Jon. He's a really down to earth guy who knows what he is doing.I had a pretty complicated (and strange) job of a garage apartment conversion. I wasn't sure exactly how it was going to work - just that it needed to be done.From the outset, Jon planned and designed everything perfectly, and came up with some ingenious, practical designs. He even managed to build around the electric garage door, while installing a window and street facing wall. Not to mention his fantastic ideas for brush-sealing the wall from bugs etc.The end result was faultless, and I'm really happy with the price, timeline and communication from Northern Building. Jon (who I think owns the company) is a great builder and I wouldn't hesitate in calling him for the next thing I need doing, whether or not it involves brush-seals.James
