Cliff and the team were incredibly helpful and professional. They arrived at the time we arranged and carried out the move simply despite it not being the easiest of pianos to work with. Very happy, would recommend.

Great service. Competitive price. Two very strong guys rocked up and moved my piano, which has a cast iron frame and I am guessing weighs 400 kg, no problems at all. They will be my first call if I need to move a piano again.

I'm not commenting on the service, I believe they are good based on the other reviews. I put review here just hope the response can be improved in future. I contacted ATS as first option because my piano shop highly recommended them. I contacted via email, text message, online forms, and phone calls. The first email response was very quick, with follow up questions about stairs, piano photos etc, I sent back photos in the following day, then no responses for days, and I followed up several times over 2 weeks at least, no response at all. It's totally ok if you cannot arrange the work, but at least let the client know please.
