Disappointed with their work.Paid $200+ for colouring but worst job ever. Spoilt my face look. I choosed a colour but they mixed another colour with it. Looks terrible and told hairdresser that I don’t like it but they convinced me and ignored to redo..then I spend more to re-colour my hair with another salon..will not suggest anyone ❌❌❌

I came here once a few years back. The brother giving me the haircut didn’t notice that I’m afghan and started bantering me in dari with his work mates. Hate to see it

These guys are unprofessional.They used to be good once upon a time but now they have turned greedy and their charges are high.very rude attitudethe place is filthy and dirty ,extremely unhygienic .please dont waste your money here pay a bit more and get a professional haircutThey ruined my hair and yet charged me exorbitantPrices are not transparent as well

Najafi Barber is the best one in the Dandenong and I’ve been going there for years.Really good service and the staff is very Friendly.They’re always busy so make your own time before you go.

Very skilled barbers, however, lack basic customer service unless you're friends/family. Particularly, these guys are not familiar with the concept of queue. Long wait times like 1 hour+ if you're not an afghani.

My experience at this place was highly disappointing. Despite being in the queue, I had to wait for over 45 minutes, only to witness the staff prioritize their known acquaintances over me. This unfair treatment left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It was an overall negative experience that I cannot recommend to others.

I went to the store for the second time today.The first time, month or two ago, seemed overly popular. likely time of daya dozen people on half a dozen sofas. Seemed like a nice place and the haircuts across the room looked good. Impressed, I knew I was at a legitimately good barber shop. But I didn't have a heap of time, so I left. Made a booking and returned today, much quieter. I was served by Torres, friendly person, who knew what they were doing. I usually do my own hair, when asked, the best compliment they could muster I've seen a lot coming out of lock down

Won't be going back here again, don't waste your time unless your family or friend or from the same country as them as those people will be prioritised. No concept of customer service or how a queue works.
