This car wash seems to be broken down more often than not. I foolishly purchased two washes in advance. Unfortunately every time I went to use the second wash the machine was broken down. In the end I just gave up.

simply continuously one of the worst serviced coles express petrol stores in melbourne, always long queues at the register, rude and cheeky staff, quite often do not know what they are doing, simply do not care about petrol paying customers, some years back they uised to be busy the last 12 mionths always quiet - because of the high prices and poor quality service

Second time I have bought the 2 for $20.00 car was vouchers and they don’t work when you go use them the second time. I have used them within the 60 day timeframe as stated on the voucher. The staff are very unhelpful and say they can’t print a new code, and they make you call coles customer service yourself. Coles do send you a voucher but that dose not really help when you have cars waiting behind you to get their car washed. I then had to pay for a new car wash myself. Please rectify this issue so it does not happen to me again. Very poor customer service

The car wash damaged my car (broke the rear wiper), and the car came out dirty anyway. Been on hold for 20 minutes now to see if they'll fix the damaged car, not looking promising.

DON'T USE THE CAR WASH! Brought a Platinum car wash. Machine did not go through full cycle, did not dry the car, did not do the wax. Spoke to manager who came out to look at a car that was still wet but refused to give refund. Just said that's how it is" and gave me some head office number to call. Scam and breach of consumer law!"

Machine for creating codes for vacuum cleaner was broken but no sign placed near vacuum cleaners.Also staff member kept looking at her mobile phone while I waited some time for her to look up & serve me.

If I could give a zero star I would.Service is second to nothing .Training would improve service but I believe some people just can't be taught. Good luck to anyone that goes in this Service Station.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff on duty when I was carjacked at 4pm. The two male staff members were absolutely wonderful and caring towards me as I was in the biggest state of shock and terribly confused. Whilst a beautiful gentleman who witnessed was also there for me too. Even during the busy customer rush they still maintained my wellbeing. Thankyou all so much Blessings.

Bought a car wash package and the code expired before the 60 days. Had to line up again for another 20 mins to wash my car.Don’t buy car wash vouchers from here, dodgy and don’t uphold the expiry date.
