March 2020 - This is my local BP so I use it for 98 octane for my motorcycle. Never any problems with quality of fuel. Forecourt is large, clean and tidy as is the shop. Prices are usually competative. Has a four bay carwash. Also parcel lockers are available.

Terrible customer service. Went around 6.30pm today to fill up fuel. Received no greetings from the girl. She was so busy in her own world. Didn’t ask if I require receipt and also showed racial behaviour.Guy behind me was Australian and he received very well greetings.Grow up girl this is Australia. Every customer has to be treated same way.

completely coated with drunk tradies, never go there past 11pm but i suppose they have to get durries at that time somewhere

Old lady wearing glasses is the worst person in this store very rude, I forgot to scan my bp card and she said it's too late, I said I forgot, and she told to go there are people behind u waiting, is this how you service your customer, don't come here people go to a different bp the worst one in Melbourne is here

Cheapest 95 octane around. Only 8c above standard 91. They are always the lowest in the region and slow to put prices up. Use app PetrolSpy" to find the cheapest fuel around."

Very tidy and clean petrol station and usually has the lowest fuel prices compared to the other nearest stations. I would have given five stars but the chap behind the counter was a bit grumpy.

BP in general let's Coles, Woolworths and Caltex give them an absolute belting on in store product. But they have the better quality fuel and average rip off prices. Depends what you want.

clean site with the owners always willing to go out of their way to assist customers. My family and I have been customers for over 15 years as locals, can't fault the store in or out!This is by far the best Petrol service station in this area. Plenty of food and drinks etc but customer service at its best.

Shockingly bad behaviour from a staff member. I went in there for the first time in 4 months and they tried to force me to pay for firewood from a transaction 2 months prior.Firstly if I haven't been in for well over 4 months, so how could I have made the transaction? None of my transactions are even in the vicinity of this petrol station.Secondly I don't have a fireplace or a wood BBQ. So why would I even buy this?!!Thirdly, it was mandatory facemasks when it took place, how you can identify someone after 2 months when everyone was wearing masks is beyond me. Does your staff member pay that much attention to detail? If they are trying to recuperate loses due to their mistakes and a lack of attention I highly doubt that it is their strong point.When I got held up working at Caltex I couldn't identify the robber from a picture line-up. They weren't wearing a mask either and got caught within 3 weeks.So far BP hasn't done anything or apologised since this incident which happened 1 month ago. My business and the three vehicles we have won't be purchasing from BP any longer.I understand mistakes happen but that's the cost of doing business. Staff stuff up, but that isn't on random customers. So don't go accusing random people of not paying for stuff based on your mistake.
