Pre-sales/ identifying potential fault with braking - excellent service, helpful, not pushy, informative and regular communication. All staff I have interacted with have also been polite and helpful particularly the sales people, workshop manager and customer experience manager. Car ticks all our boxes.Post sales - Have had to visit the service centre five times to fix a minor accessory issue due to mistakes by John Hughes. Have been told the car was ready for pick up twice and when arrived it wasn’t, not received expected updates or feedback when queries submitted directly and regularly experienced extended wait times of 30+ minutes to pick up/ drop off the car.Following this post I was contacted by John Hughes and they have resolved all issues as far as possible given the circumstances. I am hoping interactions going forwards will be positive. Thank you for taking the time to get in touch.

The incredible customer service we've received each time from Jason Nastas, excellent trade-in price, and personal attention. There is no pressure, just the facts and good price. Went in to look at getting a new car from JH Mitsubishi, wasready to buy but service i recieved was not of someone looking to sell a car.... dissapointed, they had the car i want right there on the show room floor, not sold but couldn't buy because they only order the car once someone pays.... i'm not paying that kind of money for a 6 month wait for a car.
