My teenage daughter tried a pen there but one of the shop clerks told her off very aggressively saying Are you going to buy it?" and rudely snatched the pen and ripped off the paper. (The incident happened on 14 March 2019 around 3pm.) My daughter said she was incredibly upset and mad after this incident. I would like to discuss this with the shop owner if this is their policy to attend to their young customers. - I believe the majority of their customers are teenagers."

I'm really disappointed with the service. My daughter bought a few things and the staff did not ensure she took everything. She got home and realised. We had to go back twice to get the forgotten items, and it was a big inconvenience which could have been avoided by the staff.

One of the women who works there was very rude to my friends and never greets me although I am in the store at least 3 times a week. Very disappointed as I've never had problems with the staff at Typo before this.

The sales lady welcomed every customer coming in but not me. I thought I was being too sensitive but after I paid for my purchase and she said bye to me, she didnt even look at me... today is not a busy day.
