Every time I have had to go here I have always been lucky to have lovely Rachel at the front desk speak with me. Has always been pleasant and helpful. Dr Alex is also a great doctor who will sit and speak to my level so I fully understand him. Great clinic!

Extremely disappointed four calls no follow up required information if there is an alternative medication my father could have as he has very bad reaction on the one he was put on.not return phone call no patient care.

I emailed my referral in. Never got a response. Called to chase up and was told yes it was received but no appointments available. It's been 8 months. Just received a letter saying I've been taken off wait list due to the long amount of time that has passed and need to contact them to go back on it. Letter was posted 6 weeks ago, so auspost delay i guess, but this place couldn't even spare the minute to call to ask if i would like to continue on the wait list. All for a potential heart problem. Thanks guys, great service.
