Tried their hot pilates class for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. Chloe was the instructor and was really impressed :) looking forward to go back!

Best fitness centre in Adelaide.Amazing Bikram yoga and Hot Pilates teachers. Rooms are HOT!

Great place to get your yoga fix.Instructors a great with a homely vibe.Check out the yin classes but always go for the hell of a Bikram 90!

One Degree studio is such an amazing space! I love it here, I love coming here. There is a flexible timetable and so many classes to choose from. A non-judgemental space and somewhere I can come and always feel welcomed. I leave this studio feeling absolutely amazing and the instructors are amazing! I love it! I highly recommend.

A clean, fresh and modern studio. Great place to practice the original hot Bikram yoga. The teachers are knowledgeable and professional. Convenient location with plenty of street parking available.
