After my regular mechanic of 30 years had decided to call it a day, I was in need of a new mechanic, and did I feel right at home coming to the team at Tyrepower Gladesville! Felt just like I'd already been coming here for ages, Service Desk staff were super friendly and informative, as well as laying out what will likely need to be done on the next service. They understood when I needed the car back by and over delivered on the completion time. Safe to say I know who my new regular mechanic will be! Thanks Tyrepower Gladesville!

I turned up unannounced and asked for a wheel alignment. Despite being super busy, they squeezed me in the same afternoon, did an excellent job and were extremely friendly to deal with and happy to answer any of my questions about other services and products. Very happy, will be back again.

Nick was great. He performed a battery test for me confirming that my battery needed replacing and that verifying that my alternator was all good. The emergency battery replacement was done quickly and pain free.Thanks Nick and the rest of the crew at Tyrepower Gladesville!

Usually decent service.But - they will park your car out the front of the lot near the footpath and road with the windows down and the keys in the ignition. I’ve asked them before not to do that with my car as it make me awfully uncomfortable to think someone can just jump in and drive away, but apparently “it’s just what they always do”. Make sure you ask EVERY time you drop off a car if you don’t want the keys left in it on a busy road.Also, just had a safety check done recently and was called the day it was done to say everything was fine, passed, etc, nothing wrong. Get there to pick it up and find I’m also being charged for light gloves that have been changed that I wasn’t told about the day before (which makes me wonder why I was told everything passed fine if light globes needed changing…)
