Fantastic service.. I needed an independent car inspection done on a used car and Blue Toro provided me with a thorougher inspection report and recommendations on purchasing my used car. As an inexperienced car buyer their service was invaluable as I negotiated a lower purchase price and it gave my confidence that I wasn't buying a lemon. Will definitely continue using Blue Toro for all my car services.. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We bought a second hand car for our mum. Blue Toro in Hornsby did the on the spot, mobile car inspection for us on the day we called. The were reliable, effient and honest. The timing chain on my 2009 Audi A4 broke, causing significant damage and essentially preventing the engine from starting at all. Every mechanic I spoke to either declined to work on the car or told me it would be months before I got it back.Elvio from Blue Toro to the rescue! (He really ought to wear a superhero cape!).In just 3 weeks I am back in my much loved Audi… and it runs smoother than ever.I honestly can’t sing Blue Toro’s praises loudly enough!

This company outsources other mobile mechanics to do the job for them. A1 Sydney Car Battery was who was sent to complete my job who is a scammer. He quoted me $3.5k for a job which was easily meant to only be $1k. Luckily I had stopped him from completing the job. He had only installed a new radiator which should have costed me only $200 and he charged me $650. The timing belt that he quoted me was $720 (bought this item for $420)The total materials I bought to complete the whole job was $720. Absolute rip off. Do not go to Blue Torro as he will send you mechanics that will scam you.

Blue Toro rebuilt my engine when my regular mechanic told me I had to replace it. The rebuild was 2/3 of the replacement engine quote and was done within the 2 week timeframe as promised. They even moved it to a more convenient pick up location for me. Very happy!

Elvio lived up to the reviews I’d read. A very thorough and honest mechanic.He’s not as cheap as some, but I think he’s right to suspect that many cheaper mechanics aren’t doing the work they’re charging you for.I’ll use him again and would recommend him to others.
