( 375 will buy it )It's not about me missing out on a house .it's about the game you play and hide behind the vendor.Thought you would of have me sign the contract on Sunday night when you told me I was successful and congratulated me on my purchase .

Tony Minopoulos (Ray White Craigmore) is the guy you want to sell your house with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Munno Para and surrounding areas. I did test him and other agents before appointing him as my agent.Tony help me sell my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, double garage house, hassel free, top $$$ asking price and within less than a week. Which is amazing thing to do in today's crazy housing market.Tony is easy to talk to and get in touch with on the phone or email. Plus always very quick with replys and follow ups.As an investor that doesn't live in South Australia and working with a different time zone, all this is very important.Tony goes above and beyond what is expected from a real estate agent. Just one example is; he even prior to the house going on market helped with attending a final inspection as it was an ex dha leased house.
