Actually disappointing customer service.Im non scarfed but I am muslim. The girls at the front don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. I was the only one in the store at the time so you think they would put some effort into it. I was at the front desk even looking for help for the XL Jilbabs i had to ask for assistance after standing there waiting for them to acknowledge my presences. They were short, didnt seem to want to help everytime i asked a question they would give a 3 worded response then walk away.Poor poor services skills even for sisters.I use to come here so often now the people at the front desk dont care, just gossip ane chat amongst each other. I was sick of the lack of interest in their customers so i walked out. Lakemba staff members are nicer and more helpful..Get over yourselves greenacre.

Went to the store on the weekend and the girls serving were absolutely fabulous. Amazing customer service and really made me feel welcome Evan though I didn't have a hijab on. Would recommend this place to all my muslim family and friends.

Absolutely poor service. I purchased an item online with a 20% discount code. I came into to pick up and decided to get a size up. I was then told I would have to pay the extra 20% value. That didn't make sense because I was just making an exchange for the exact same item. I then told the worker that I would just take the original. She had already cancelled my order and told me I would have to pay the 20% regardless. Now I have to wait a few days for her manager to get back to me and issue me a gift card. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. So unprofessional

It is very disappointing to see a store that is serving our Muslim community provide a service with little respect for their customers.My wife was not allowed to unroll a jilbab that was folded up. She just wanted to see what it would look like in its entirety. The store persons decided it wasn’t part of their policy and did not allow her to unfold it.Upon arriving at home, the jilbab had a incredible stench on it. (No wonder they didn’t want her to unfold it) It reeked of cigarette smell. Given that she was not allowed to unfold it, what do you think are her chances of actually returning it…It’s really disappointing the store does not appreciate their everyday customers. You would get better service from the guy cleaning car windows at the Cabramatta intersection.
