Shocking.Do not go here for a massage. The most expensive massage i have ever had at $195.00 for less than an hour and the most incompetent. Highly unprofessional and not recommended. Suitable only if you want to waste your money and wish you had never gone there.

Rude service. I booked a appointment on Friday for Saturday, was told that the Friday was fully booked out and that Saturday was the next avail appointment. Confirmed on the same call that the booking was Saturday at 1pm. Arrive Saturday for my appointment to be rudely told that no my booking does not exist and that I must be wrong. That receptionist doesn't remember the call so it doesn't exist. So after no apology from them I book a appointment for next week. Once leaving I get a call from them saying I was booked in for the Friday I called them, that i was wrong and that I missed my appointment. That it was me that made the mistake.She was very rude and I am very taken aback by the lack of responsibility taken by the staff member. Won't be going there as they were very rude. Mistakes get made but to be made out to be a fool in front of other clients was unprofessional to say the least. Won't recommend them at all.
