Waited 25 minutes to get a burnt Spice of Life, which was presented as if it had been literally thrown together.In a word terrible. See the photo which was taken just as the meal was presented. I immediately showed this to Mary, the manager on duty (and who had delivered the food), and asked her to let the franchise owner/s know. In addition to the burnt chicken and bun, I was shocked someone thought it was okay to put food like this on a plate, thinking it was acceptable by any standard.There are plenty of other options, nearby, where the quality of food is well above what I was served......as well as value for money.

Food takes forever when dining in, 20 minutes plus regardless of whether they are busy or not. Chips often come luke warm, as they are left on the counter while waiting for rest of the meal. If you complain, the chips come back extra dry.

I had a wonderful experience at B1 schnitz !! The lady who served me (Sophia) was extremely attentive and incredibly friendly. She took customer service to another level! I ordered a garden of eden wrap with no aioli because I don’t like sauce in my wraps and she offered me it on the side and taught me about half and quarter amounts. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sophia ❤️ You are amazing don’t change a thing.

Got the OMG! and regular chips for a gentlemen’s $20. Well worth it. Schnitz chips is easily one of the tastiest chips going round and the wraps never disappoint. 10/10. Would gladly eat again.

Paid $18 for Hawaiian Pam's with chip as plain as shown in photo.. When asked for some tomato sauce to go with which is quite standard serving, they wanted to charge $1.10 for small portion ..... unreasonable. Hope no one need to be caught in that position. I don't think it is right . Will NEVER be back to any Schnitz store again.

I have been here a few times and have always enjoyed the food here. This time we ordered the American Dream, Spicy Chicken and OMG in wraps and large fries.The Spicy Chicken Crumb wrap was indeed spicy but nice.The American Dream and OMG wraps were good too. Will be back again another time.
