No Gaps Dental

I picked this place because it had lots of good reviews however it was the worst and most painful clean and check up I’ve ever had. The dentist and receptionist were rude and don’t care about your teeth. My clean and checkup was rushed into 10-15 minutes.All the dentist did was roughly scrub my teeth and throw fluoride half hazardously over them without properly cleaning them.I’m not sure about the other dentists but do not book with Dr Bandana Shakya. I’ve never had to post a negative review for a dentist but I genuinely don’t believe it’s safe for her to be operating on people this way. And upon reading a past negative review, it looks like she did the same to someone else.

Walking distance from Artarmon train station, council parking available on Elizabeth street, no out of pocket - no gap for all basic dental treatments if you have a dental cover on health fund, online appointments and SMS confirmation was great, doctor bandana was explaining info clearly, friendly team, was on time, drinking water - free toothpaste - toilets onsite, open Saturday for working class.Flag - when you’re booking an appointment, ask for the service item number. Check with your health fund if you’re covered for that item service. This will avoid any surprises on the day.No issues - definitely five star, ticks all the boxes.

My very first dental appointment at No gaps dental artarmon will definitely not be my last! the ease of calling them to find the next best available time for a booking was so efficient and smooth (shout out to Rebecca). The day of my actual dental appointment was so good that it deserves a review of its own! Dr Marcia was very thorough in explaining the scenarios and possible outcome of the treatment options that are available! it definitely takes the guess work out and is how information based decisions are made easier! all the best to everyone at NGD Artarmon!

I had a very bad experience with No Gaps Dental. I explicitly asked for a Doctor who can help my daughter with her braces (orthodontist) based on my dentist recommendation. When I got there I found out that the doctor assigned do not do braces! The doctor herself was a lovely lady that acknowledged the error and helped not to pay for the visit. The booking system need to be improved.

Dr Than is an exceptional dentist. At each step he explained what he was going to do before he did it and constantly checked on my comfort. He was careful, gentle and thorough. I will be going back to him for my next check up.

It was my very first visit to No Gaps Dental. Being a nervous patient, I have been avoiding visits to dentists for a very long time however it came to a stage where I had to see a dentist. I saw Dr Than in the Artarmon clinic. He took great care of me from the moment I walked through the doors right until I left.He is absolutely God given - friendly, welcoming and very skilled. He took the time to explain the issues I had and treatment options. He performed a tooth extraction and made it very easy for me. I also had a post surgery visit for another small issue and it was investigated thoroughly and solved easily.Overall a pleasant environment. Definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. Thanks heaps.
