I rented a 1 bed unit for 6 months in Corinda while I was looking to buy my first home in the area. Kayla and Gary were great property managers. Their communication was clear, prompt and I had no issues at all dealing with them during the entry and vacate process.

Would highly recommend First National Springfield for their incredible customer service. We recently purchased a property that this real estate was looking after (rental) and I was horrified. The state it was left in was beyond dirty, aircons not done, oven and kitchen had a layer of grease, bathroom mouldy, carpets not cleaned, gardens not maintained, rubbish bins absolutely full, and rubbish left on the property. No bond clean was completed or checked and I very much doubt house inspections weren’t done throughout the rental agreement. Would not recommend trusting this company to manage your property.

This company took over the leasing of our 10 flats in Darra a few years ago. Since then we have had excellent servise, the staff are friendly and very professional. We have no hesitation in recommending this company as an excellent Real Estate servicesprovider.

Kiah and her property management team has been taking great care of the property for me since 2018. And her recent new leasing for my second investment property continues to impress me with the absolute high performance throughout the rental process achieving zero vacancy days @ targeted rent. My experience with this real estate was great until Chloe came on board. From my first dealing with her I copped attitude. She lied on my rental reference, tried to get me for unreasonable items at vacate and prolonged the process of returning my bond. I'm glad I no longer have to deal with her in particular. Kayla was pleasant and helpful. For most of my tenancy my property manager was Melina. She was brilliant!! Ray White are lucky to have her!!!
