Friends of Ours Cafe
Enjoyed the lamb salad on the specials menu. Excellent choice! Tender lamb & well dressed salad with tzaztziki on the base of the salad.Compliments to the chef, absolutely delicious!Looking forward to coming back for brunch.Excellent service too!

I ordered THE MEDITERRANEAN •Avo on Sourdough bread topped with 2 perfectly poached eggs, Grilled Halloumi Cheese, Mushrooms, Olives and Spicy Sauce on the Side with Sliced Lemon•Friendly staff, attentive and accommodating. Tasty food and the place is always packed.Would recommend when you’re in the area.

Friends of Ours Cafe
I’m from Brizzie and stayed in Essendon for a business trip. Each morning I enjoyed the best breakfast and coffee to set me up with plenty of nutrition and energy for my day. The staff were friendly and the service was timely. I can highly recommend Friends of Ours wether it’s just for a take away coffee or one of their delicious and nutritious meals. They are Gluten free and Vegan friendly.

I had great fun at this cafe with my mates.Hospitality and the vibe is amazing. Staff is friendly and very quick to respond to the order and any questions.I had a latte, almond croissant and the bomb.Coffee was nice and hot with the almond croissant being nice and flaky.The main breakfast item was the bomb which was poached eggs on toast with avocado , feta and tahini.A few things to be mindful about:Book a spot ahead of your visit as it is a busy restaurant.The food is delicious but the serving size is small.

One of the best cafes i have been to. Food was delicious. We ordered 4 different dishes and felt that each dish had its own identity. The service was great, staff were helpful and the atmosphere in the cafe was lively.

Friends of Ours Cafe
Very friendly place. I came by for breakfast and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. The staff were friendly and helpful and I was very satisfied with the delicious food.I would recommend this to anyone in the area and I will definitely be back again.They even had a fun riddle on the wall.

Friends of Ours Cafe
Normally come here and food is good. Today although, I went and got the porridge and was the worst I have gotten from here as it was extremely milky and had hardly any fruit or toppings and wasn’t hot. It was like a large bowl of soup. Service was good and staff were friendly but food was a let down. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to this place.
