If I could give no stars as a option I would.Yesterday while my friend asked to try on some of you plus size rings She was told by your older service lady that “maybe she should try losing some weight then come back and the rings might fit you”.This is disgusting customer service she has no right to fat shame a stranger, I can’t believe that in this day and age that people would disregard people mental health to just be so nasty.I hope this person is pulled up for this and learns some customers service skills because being a bully in not ok. You have lost my business.

Staff are just rude. I came in twice just to purchase a gift card and go back to work. But not one member was willingly to help. I get it. You’ve got customers to help. But when it’s just to purchase a gift card which takes 2 mins it’s not that long. I missed two of my work breaks just to wait for more than a couple of mins just to purchase a simple gift card.

The staff here are extremely unprofessional and rude.Within 5 minutes of being served, the girl I was served by completely changed her attitude towards me. I asked to look at numerous charms and asked for prices, but after the 2nd or 3rd request, she was uninterested. At the last minute i changed my mind on my purchase and she wasn't shy about being annoyed about it. I was very Uncomfortable at this point and just wanted to leave. I walked into the store today with no price limit and I would have spent quite alot of money in there but once again I left the store feeling really unhappy and upset. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had at this store. From now on I will be doing my shopping at Pandora Highpoint or Airport West

I do not know about other staffs but the staff I was served today was very rude. I did not like their customer service at all.

Staff are extremely pushy. You go in knowing what you need and they distract you with a bunch of other upsells to the point where you can't even concentrate. Give the customer what they're initially asking for, then suggestive sell something. And suggest, don't push.Staff are willing to help but they need to refine their customer service skills to cater to the customer and not make them uncomfortable.

I was assisted by Aysel in this shop and she is just heaven sent. I came instore quiet worried but she was so helpful with no dramas at all, just genuine willingness to help. Whoever wishes to purchase anything, look for Aysel. Pandora Broadmeadows is so lucky to have her. Thank you
