Sam and the PSR team are absolutely terrific in their work and outstanding in regards to customer service. Over the last year whilst dealing with car troubles they have ensured that the process has been seamless and as convenient as possible. Sam is extremely accomodating and ensures an exemplary standard of customer service which cannot be found anywhere else. The reception ladies were truly a pleasure to deal with and ensured to answer all questions accurately and efficiently. The repairs performed on my car were nothing short of perfect and cannot be faulted at all. I could not recommend PSR enough, they are truly one of a kind !

The team were really helpful in fixing my BMW X4 that encountered some damage that was cheaper to fix then via insurance. The team were able to acquire the part, colour match it, and replace the part whilst I waited. Friendly and easy to deal with. 5 stars

Hello everyone. You may remember me from my review I posted of Parramatta MG last year when I purchased my beautiful MG ZST Vibe.Almost a year later, some nasty woman getting in her old car opened her car door and swang it so hard all the way that it hit my car on the right passenger side. It scraped off the silver metallic paint and left an ugly dark grey mark and a scratch on the bottom. I could not do anything as my hands were full and when I told her she scratched my car she denied it and then admitted after I told her I saw what she did. She then said oh well it's only a small scratch and drove off! I was furious!Thank God I was recommended to see Sam Lahood at Parramatta Smash Repairs on 607 Church Street. Not only did Sam fix the damage, he also fixed some scratches that I did not even see beforehand but he showed them to prior to taking my car in. And it only took him not even 10-15 minutes to do so! I was so happy that I just have to do this review to share my experience with everyone.If you ever need to fix your car for any reason, please go see Sam Lahood at Parramatta Smash Repairs and he will take care of you. Sam is super nice and friendly so you know you are in good hands.

receptionist is the only good thing about this place. Got in accident , and it was not my fault. I informed my insurer the damages and they sent it to this smash repairer, after inspection (BS one). without even checking the damaged part he just assumes that it was not part of the accident. Been 17 days delayed waiting for their response to when i can drop my car to be fixed, and it turned out they did not even order the parts for my car... maybe other people had a good luck with them but seriously I wouldn't recommend anyone to go for them.

Service was great and my car looks amazing. Sam was great, always calling me with updates and keeping me in the loop. Car had been washed and cleaned when I picked it up. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The body work and paint job on my car are outstanding. The customer service was friendly and efficient and Sam organised a hire car for me to drive while mine was being repaired. They called me when there was a hold up with the insurance, which got the whole process moving efficiently. My car came back washed and clean and it feels like new again. This is the second time I've used Parramatta Smash Repairs and both times it's been an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend this business.

They did a great job of repairing some medium damage to the front end of my Aston Martin Vantage. We had a fiddly issue getting the lower bumper bar seated properly, but Simon did a terrific job getting it looking spot on. Thanks to Sam for coordinating the whole process and making it as low stress as possible.
