Xi'an Famous Noodles 西安味道
When you do not know what to have for a dinner, come to this restaurant and randomly choose some dishes, and the chef here will treat you well, sometimes surprise. You won't get it any wrong. It's a safe harbour for some Chinese stomachs and for me it is so lucky to come here so many times at night in my first year in Canberra. Thank you guys.

Terrible experience, waited 40 minutes just for a cold dished to be served. Took more than 1hr to served a hot soup noodle!

We have been waited 30mins for the food to arrive, cannot understand why the dumplings and noodles have to prepare that long as the restaurant wasn't full! We can see most people had to waited ages for their food to arrive.Suggest to dine in elsewhere.

Xi'an Famous Noodle House has a limited menu but the options are quite well balanced and varied around Noodle based, rice based or soup based.The service is very cordial and helpful.The food is very well cooked and seasoned. Some dishes are very spicy, so if you are not used to hot spicy food make sure you go mild. We love it but it's not for everyone.I brought a chinese friend that studied in Xi'an province on his Uni days and he said very authentic". The food was well prepared and brought him good memories.The Steamed Chicken in Chilly Sauce is a must for me

Dumpling, lamb Skewer was best. Noodle was a little bland but broth was spot on. Wait was really long though as it looked like understaff but amazing flavour hence 5 star

Worst experience. No service at all. Tables were dirty. The restaurant wasn't busy either. We didn't even get cups or glasses to drink water. Extra spicy was actually mild.

Great flavourful food and wonderful service.The dumplings were top notch and were served with a dipping sauce.And always a plus to see chilli oil on the table.Will definitely be back and try more.

for everyone's health concern, please use lean lamb or filter the fat out. the right bowl, as u can see in the photo, it's full of animal fat that i picked out from the lamb soup, the one on the left

The only problem I would say is wait times. Everything else is good. All smiling faces around always ready to help. Food no doubt is good. I am surely going back again
