The customer service, technical knowledge and product offering at Coastal 4x4 & Outdoor is exceptional. I was thrilled with the work done replacing my winch and the expert advice that comes at no cost. A legendary business which I can't wait to have a reason to visit again.

Great shop packed with a good range of products and really friendly service. Looks small from the outside but they fit a lot in! Would happily visit again.

My husband and I are Canadian housesitters who are using the homeowner's vehicle. While touring, we returned to the parking lot and were approached by two men who told us they had hit our vehicle while it was parked. The staff at Coastal 4x4 raised the vehicle onto a hoist to check the extent of the damage on the bullbar. Thankfully, it was mostly cosmetic and didn't need to be replaced (since the young man who hit it was uninsured) We received our vehicle back after they moved it back into place and cleaned up the damaged area. We felt so bad when the incident happened, but we were so pleased when we shared our experience at Coastal 4x4 with the home/vehicle owner. We interacted with a number of staff and they were all very courteous and friendly. We are very thankful!

Great service. We came in the first day after a long weekend after new year. Our fridge was an esky and so they were on catchup so we left it. They called us the next day and advised the thermostat was the problem and had tested well. Picked it up the following day, works perfectly. The shop was clean, well arranged and the staff are very helpful. Well done

The team at coastal 4x4 were extremely helpful today working out the best set up for my roof racks. Spent hours looking at the car automotive shops and no one could find the right roof racks but at coastal 4x4 they had the time and patience to help me find what I was looking for thank you

Great staff friendly and knowledgeable they are an ARB dealer the work shop is booked out until December too long to wait that is the only let down

The staff at Coastal 4x4 & Outdoor were able to provide expert advice for a recent Fraser Island trip, the guidance they provided in purchasing recovery gear was fair and in my interest. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Friendly helpful people and reasonably priced

Poor Customer Service - Not every canopy you fit will be perfectly fit & things will go wrong in or out of warranty - it is your responsibility to ensure your customer leaves with some resolution rather than loosing a customer entirely due to your arrogance.
