First time order placed online. Aware delivery would be slow due to COVID lock downs in Victoria. Expected items to be on the way. Recieved a phone call TWO WEEKS after order placed, to inform me some items weren't available and would be refunded, tomorrow. Poor customer service. Happy to take my money and l am still waiting with items only just dispatched. I guess l might get them sometime in the next four weeks if l am lucky. Could have purchased items elsewhere if their site or customer service had only let me know items were unavailable. Would likely have had those items already.

Unfortunately, if I could give a lower rating I would. I bought quite a few meters of their rattail cord for Chinese knotting. The cord frays when looping (not just at the ends), it doesn't melt for sealing it just turns black and burns straight away. It's very slippery and bad for tying so I can't even use it for simple wrapping without glue.Can't speak for their other products but please don't buy rattail cord from here.
