Chips were cold. Whats the point in asking what flavour sauce you want in your kids happy meal when you never get any sauce. this has happened to me more than once.

Pretty standard stuff. Drive thru is slow, and will nearly always ask you to wait at the waiting bays. But this is during off-peak times. Never been to drive-thru during peak lunch and dinner hours.

There toilets are always dirty, They never serve you with a SMILE It is if they don't want to be there. When I worked in a shop, it was service with a SMILE.

McDonald's is easy to access inside the shopping centre, I have never had problems with them, the best McDonald's I have ever been to, the employees are very efficient and are super kind to everyone, the food is always presentable and very tasty even if Macca's is considered junk food, all I can say is thank you.

This is one of the worst maccas in Victoria!! There frozens are always under filled, the chips are always cold and old, as well as the burgers, when they are rarely the burger you even ordered. This occurs even when they’re not busy. Absolute disgrace!!

Was Served again by a young lady Alicia Rech and I’ve had the same experience as my last. She was very polite and greeted my with a great smile. I will definitely be back as the customer service is at its best.

Last to be served, (very slow) I didn't check my order before leaving and found that the fries were missing from my meal. Bit sad they can't get it right when your order is only two meals. Very disappointing

Decided to have a rare Maccas but go the healthy option so ordered a wrap. Because l'm a senior that also comes with a complimentary coffee which arrived in the first 3 minutes. So l waited. And waited. People came and went. A girl yelled out my number and said it would be 2 more minutes. After 15 minutes all up l asked where my wrap had gone. Apparently to someone else and had to be remade. I was offered free fries or a drink. I've already finished my drink and l don't eat fries. I asked if it could be given free as a goodwill gesture for waiting 20 minutes. Apparently McDonald's can't afford that. It was soggy, tasteless and definitely not fresh. If l'd been in a restaurant l would have sent it back. No more McDonalds for me and l'll steer everyone l know away from Waverley Gardens.
