Regis Greenmount

Regis Greenmount… WOW, what a special bunch of people that run this nursing home. Right from admission through to clearing the room after Mum passed, I cannot fault this amazing Aged Care facility. From the GM to the lovely lady in the laundry, and everyone in between, they have all been extremely helpful, considerate, compassionate, caring and professional. The facility in some areas needs some attention but as it is a working nursing home, these things take time but they are being addressed. However, the quality of care for our loved ones was outstanding. Would thoroughly recommend this facility as a consideration when shopping for a nursing home to look after your loved ones.

Regis Greenmount initially provided our mother with 3 weeks of respite care, though due to unforeseen circumstance we needed to extend until we were able to find a permanent residence. This was not a problem the Regis Greenmount team.The team there are friendly and caring, and were responsive to my mothers needs and were always ready to help in any way they could.The facility is well-maintained and has a warm atmosphere that makes residents feel at home and has a range of activities and programs for the residents that the staff actively got the residents involved in.I’d like to thank the staff for their understand and assistance during a difficult time.
