As the children grow into adults, finding time to be together at the same time becomes increasingly more challenging. So we all agree to enjoy Sunday morning danishes together. Every Sunday, Danishes. I could cross the road to the bakery but why do that when there are far more superior options available at Tatins?Now I may only have two children but it seems Sunday mornings I have more……what an amazing way to connect with loved ones.I’ll vouch for the danishes as well as every other delight Tatin offers. Shh don’t tell anyone but occasionally there may be a family size quiche served for Sunday dinner. It’s not home made, but it tastes as good and a little bit more amazing.If you haven’t been, just try; you’ll be back.

i would highly recommend this French Bakery to anyone. Me and my husband are always greeted with a warm friendly smile and a chat from the manager who works there. Today i had a prosciutto baguette and let me tell you the baguette was the best ive had since travelling to Paris. They definitely have a winner here with their baguettes ,the crunchiness the flavour the crisp crust is out of this world. This place had lots to choose from ,sandwiches, baguettes, pastries, pies, fresh juices and an array of desserts. Well Done TATIN. You deserve 5 STARS *****

Good coffee, great selection of pies, pastries and baguettes. Chicken schnitzel baguette is absolutely delicious!

Fabulous pastries, especially the apple Danish and Portuguese tart. The kids loved the sausage rolls too. Service was great as well.

For a French bakery it's pretty good no doubt .. chicken and mushroom pie was better than good .. however was a little taken aback by the $8.12 for one that was a standard size and doesn't quite hold its shape ..would I come back to taste the other products ? yes cos they damn well looked good and the other reviews are quite complementary.Would be nice if they actually had the prices on the board. Happy to spend the money but would rather know so I can make the choice to do so or not.

Tatin is one of those hidden gems in Melbourne that has to be seen -or in this case you have to sample their amazing pastries to be believed!We are weekly visitors and we are always greeted with lovely staff and lots of amazing treats to choose from. (The BEST crossaints you will EVER have!)The pastry chef Tony is super talented and so friendly especially with the kids.We thought the donuts were the best thing since sliced bread…then we tried the sliced bread..and well let’s just say everything here is next level.Brave the sometimes long queues -you will not be sorry!

Food and coffee okBut the guy on the counter today put me in the worst mood. I Won’t be back. Chatting nicely among themselves while rolling eyes at the customers and generally treating the paying customers like scum… I couldn’t believe what I was seeing!!I am editing this review and taking it to 5 stars with the regular team back the two main staff ( boy with accent and other lovely young lady that’s usually there) are back and doing a fabulous job!! It really makes a difference!! Food is always good !

I've had the best coffees here. You must them for yourself. The danish pastries and donuts are fresh and oh so tasty. They sell a selection of loaves and baguettes. Super friendly staff as well.

Best coffee and service in the neighbourhood. Never have to tell them my coffee order! And the baguettes… well they are deliciously amazing!
