We had a great experience selling with Ous real estate. We initially picked Laz from other agents we interviewed due to his experience with selling and building too and thought he would connect well with the buyers about our newly built property. He didn't end up being involved as much as we expected, Sami looked after our property mostly instead but she did a fantastic job herself. She was always great to communicate, was professional and did what she could to achieve the best result. Marketing team was very punctual getting property on market and we liked they had a dedicated photographer and videographer to did a fantastic job. We were blown away by the video, it really captured our property well and we generated great interest and turn out for the open homes.

Extremely happy with services. We decided to sell our investment property unfortunately at no choice of ours during a bad property market with low expectations of getting what we wanted. Property went to auction, failed to sell at auction, however with the teams expertise and determination, we were able to settle at a higher price than expected. very happy

Lisa did a great job of getting all the parts of renting together for a fast and efficient transition to another house. Their office is clean and inviting their staff greeted me kindly. What Lisa said she would do she did, and in good time.

Ous Property has just recently sold both of our properties in a beachside location and also recently rented the remaining one.They kept us up to date with the progress and also we valued their knowledge, expertise and honesty throughout the whole process. They sold wrong size block of land. Then they couldn’t sell house and they demand money, more then they put in contract. Never ever go to this place, there are more nicest agents around.Update: now for posting my personal opinion and experience, they are sending me warnings to remove my review. Freedom of speech at it best.

We were searching for houses in the Western beach suburbs of Adelaide and really appreciated the effort Laz, Phil and all the team offered in the open inspection process. These guys were kind, helpful and super knowledgeable. It's a bit random who the selling agent is for buyers, and we didnt end up buying from the Ous Property team, but we would strongly recommend having them as your agent if you are selling. They really know their stuff, followed up and made the process enjoyable. Thank you!

Pretty useless. Any time we had an issue it would take forever to get fixed. There was hardly any communication when sending people out so they’d end up showing up when no one was home, or we’d be unaware of why they are at the house.Very rude and passive aggressive ladies, both in the office and over message.

Great service as a buyer.Laz and Rafaelle were excellent to deal with and the purchase was so simple and easily run.Constant communication and updates.Can not rate this real estate agency high enough.
