Great experience today with Nadia. She tried to find bags for my old Nilfisk but no longer available. She helped me pick out a new stick vacuum and I am very happy with it. It is so good to go to a shop that specialises in one thing and really looks after the customers.

At about 4 pm on last Saturday we visited this store. The staff/manager called Nadia helped us buying the best vacume/mopping solutions for our house. We found that Nadia was very knowledgeable, she demonstrated and explained all things about the products very well with a beautiful smile and great patience. In the end she also did great with the pricing. We will definitely go back to this store and find her to suggest us if we need any more help/ideas on cleaning products.

Truthfully 5 stars does not give sufficient praise to Nadia. It still baffles me as I write this how Nadia was able to remediate a problem that wasn’t even caused by her store, within hours. This review isn’t because I got the outcome that I wanted but genuinely because her ability to communicate positively was unmatched. I really hope Godfrey’s treats her well, her skill set and emotional intelligence is very very hard to come by these days. Thank you Nadia once again.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with after sales service. Boasting display of consumer right policy throughout their shop, and then not adhering to it is really frustrating. I had a product which is still under warranty which was defective; brought it back. They took it to the service centre and they keep telling me that I can’t get it back for 2 weeks now, and it’s awaiting parts. Where is the policy states that whether it’s a minor defect or a major defect that I’m entitled to a refund or an exact replacement. Nadia the store manager is helpful but has not been delegated authority to meet customer expectation as per their own policy. I am damn sure that if I had bought something from Good Guys or JB hi-fi and I would’ve gone in after sale and said that there’s something wrong with the product they would’ve just replace the product straight away. This is completely uncalled for and I will never be buying anything from them ever again. I’ve got an infant in the house and I can’t clean the house for two weeks and they can’t do anything about it extremely disappointed. I will also be raising this with the Australian consumer courts and make sure that they’re properly reprimanded so this does not happen to any customer again.Repair #: 153101000561

I would highly recommend Godfrey's at Marsden Park if you are in need of a new vacuum or steam mop!Outstanding customer service, and extremely knowledgeable!The lady thats served us today did not try to sell us the most expensive vacuum in the shop, and was so helpful in letting us try different vacuums until we found the one that was right for us!

Thanx to Nadia and her colleague for taking the time to show and compare various stick vacs with me. Very friendly and DTE. As my vacs last over 10 years, I hope to see u again in 2032 for an upgrade lol.
