I called the agency to enquire about a job and found the gentleman on the phone to be quite blunt and rude. I was told 'it's a straight out no' when I mentioned which job I was enquiring about and mentioned my current experience! The phone was answered with a Hello...no Hi this is Yolk Recruitment ??? speaking how can I help you... Very unprofessional
