Friendly, practical and resourceful. Neil came to us within 24 hours for a non-urgent leaking washing machine. He quickly identified the problem and was able to make a repair using generic spares rather than having to wait and pay for an manufacturer's part. One week on and it's going just fine. Thanks, Neil!

My experience:* Neil came to look at our Asko D3230 machine and charged $145 call-out fee* As the machine couldn’t be fixed on site he took the machine away to test.* Neil suggested the machine could not be fixed but offered me a machine that was 15+ years old at a price of $650 and would install for $145.They are the facts, you decide if you want to engage

We had intermittent leaks from our 2 year old Whirlpool front load washing machine and called Whirlpool on multiple occasions to try to find the fault. Their repairers couldn't find the issue.Neil arrived on time and patiently worked through potential causes of the issue. He eventually discovered that two of the hoses had been incorrectly installed at the factory and when swapped, the leaking issue was resolved. Neil's patience and professionalism was first class and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others.

Had a broken washing machine door and I called around lunch time to organise a fix. Neil came within a few hours, gave me a new door (2nd hand) for a good price and was in and out within about 20 mins! Will definitely use again. Thanks!

Contacted Neil re faulty oven fan. He was on my doorstep within 15minutes and had the problem fixed within a further 10 minutes. He advised me of his call-out fee in our initial phone call. Lovely man, amazingly fast service, oven fixed…I am very happy. Thanks Neil

Neil is really lovely to deal with. Called him on Tuesday late afternoon re broken condenser dryer, came the next morning, diagnosed problem, took machine back to repair shop as parts were needed, estimated Monday return, actually dropped it off to us the next day on Thursday. Very reasonable price, saved us a fortune in not having to buy a new one. Very happy and would recommend service.

I had made an appointment with Fisher Paykel 6 days for a leaking dishwasher?? The leak worsened so I rang Neil on a Sun night. He helped me turn off the water over face time and came early the next morning as promised. Neil is very friendly and experienced. He fixed the problem and his price including parts was far less than Fisher's min call out fee. I highly recommend Neil's service

Neil was called out to fix my washing machine, I paid and he left. The machine was still having the same issue so I called him and he came back, only to tell me that he can’t fix it before demanding money for coming out again. I didn’t want to pay him not to fix something he didn’t fix the first time he was called. He was intimidating and very unprofessional, never using his service again
