If I could give this no stars, I would. The lady that served us began by being rude and passive aggressive, then she didn't use any gloves and rubbed her hands all over the cutlery excessively. Our food tasted horrible in comparison to how it usually does and now I'm beginning to be sick. This is disgusting.

Decided to stop by Warner subway to get my lunch and son’s school lunch .Staff named Cathryn was inside .After a while she came out and started doing breads in the oven.After few min I requested her that I have work and school drop off she can make the subway first.She said “I can’t I have to do breads first thing in the morning .It was 8.06 am.I requested to make just one subway otherwise I was going to be late ,she rudely said ,I can’t .I have to finish this .12 min later she made the 6 inch subway.I would have walked out but I promised my son a subway.Hope they improve their service especially in the morning and rush times .Atleast acknowledge customers and cater for them politely.

A young girl, short coloured hair with a nose piercing had served me tonight (7:15pm, tuesday 06.06.23). The customer service I received was one of the worst i have experienced. No smile, demanding my order and screaming at my grandmother as she could not hear what she was asking due to her mummling and her head down making the food. She then proceeded to slap cheese down on my bread, throw the salad on (did not make it on the sandwich), and drown my meal with an inappropriate amount of sauce. Not to mention, her sleeve was dragged across my food. When making a salad, she was grabbing each item, throwing it onto the bowl. When asked what dressing my grandmother would like, she relied no dressing would be fine. To that she demanded she have a dressing, continuing to ask her what she wants, as a salad must come with dressing. Then whilst paying, she through the salad down straight in front of me after I politely asked if she had any cutlery. The napkins and cutlery were slapped on top. Without a thank you or goodbye she walks away rolling her eyes and she served the next customer. After getting home, I find pink and purple strands of hair on my sandwich.

Worst customer service experience from Tiana. No “Hello, how are you?, thank you, goodbye”. Actually acted like I was bothering her by being there. Stuffed up the order. Couldn’t even wrap the sub correctly. Waited several minutes to even be acknowledged. Choose a different industry, customer service ain’t for you gf. Also wouldn’t hurt for you and Tenealle or whatever white trash #2 is called to take a bit of pride in your appearance. The 5 star review below by Tenealle Watson is her trying to get her google review rating up. If it actually matters to you, acknowledge customers when they come in. If you’re doing something, you can still acknowledge them and say “will be with you in just a moment”. Your staff are unprofessional, poorly presented, poorly trained and need to be sacked. Your store is an absolute joke and an embarrassment to the Subway franchise.

Miserable, a bad attitude and just plain rude. Not sure why Tiana at Warner has decided to pursue a job in customer service. Everything was done with an eyeroll and a sigh. Our cookies were tossed in our general direction and we were overcharged for an extra one. It’s a shame that this subway is our closest, luckily we are moving soon.

To the girl working around 6pm today at this subway store, she made both our foot long subs perfectly, very tightly compressed with nothing slipping out when you bite and the serving sizes are quite decent and satisfying. And the cookies are delicious. Thanks very much! Will definitely comeback.

They make a really good sub, although the customer service is absolutely terrible. We went in today and omg! Would it hurt to smile, be polite and have some enthusiasm.. it honestly makes you not want to go in there purely because of the staff attitudes.

I'd give no stars if I could - how do you miss a complete foot long sub and then put spicy mayo on one that was ordered for blue cheese dressing . And then we call them and the staff give you attitude on the phone. Learn to follow directions and an order otherwise go back to mummy and learn how to make a dam sandwich ! Absolutely pathetic store THE MANAGER CERTAINLY NEEDS TO SORT THERE STAFF OUT OR GET A NEW MANAGER !! TAKING IT FUTHER THIS TIME

The girl, Grace, who served my mother and I was incredibly nice and kind. She made our meal perfectly. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. She toasted the wrap perfectly.

Tiana has the WORST customer service I have ever seen! Couldn’t put together an easy sub, and we she did finally finish it she proceeded to slam it on the counter. No life, no energy and no interested in being there.I will be taking my money elsewhere, so disappointing…
