I had a problem with a shower tap which was under warranty. The were problems regarding the warranty as the company had been sold so Reece very kindly offered to cover the cost for me as I had already been put through considerable costs. They volunteered to do this. It was not something that I requested. Very nice people to deal with and I like that kind of thinking in any company or service provider. Happy to recommend them and give them five stars.

I am very pleased with the Rheem 160-litre 491160 electric water heater I ordered from Reece Plumbing Biggera Waters. The item arrived in perfect condition and I was thrilled to discover it was manufactured just two months earlier. It was by far the best deal I could find on the same system. My last Rheem 125L 3.6kW 11112507 electric water heater lasted 14 years, so I am very confident its replacement will deliver hot water for many years to come. Kai was very helpful and willing to roll-up his sleeves to provide a friendly and personal delivery service. Would gladly shop again!
