This is the best mechanic in blacktown.John and the team are all knowledgeable and full of experience. Lastly, John (owner) and the whole team, were very polite and approachable.

It was my first time going to John and the team at Zarate Mechanics, but I know now it will be the first of many.Earlier in the year, after getting my first non-dealer service done at a euro-only mechanic, what was meant to be a simple service came back with a lot of service recommendations at above average pricing.I spoke to John and he assured me that he could carry out the service recommendations (brakes) at a much more reasonable price. After inspection, he even returned one of the parts because one of their recommendations weren't even required. I wouldn't have known any better and I am very grateful for his honesty.Very happy with the pricing, quality of service, honesty and customer service. Highly recommended!

I've been to many mechanics over the years but I can finally say I found my mechanic. I've been going to Zarate Mechanics for a year and a half now and each time I've received excellent service. John the owner goes above and beyond with his service and is truly a reliable mechanic. I 1000% suggest you go to him and make him your forever mechanic.

Have experienced a lot of mechanical places in my time and can safely say this is the best place I have taken my car to. Not only is John and his team experienced and extremely knowledgeable but also takes it to another level of service which to be honest is a testament to how much they care.My JZA80 Supra had a clutch replacement, brake disc replacement and full service - the car now runs like new.Have no hesitation nor reservations of recommending anyone with a JDM or any car in fact to Zarate Mechanics.Keep up the good work.

Before visiting Zarate Mechanics, I would hate getting my car serviced due to over charging & never actually explaining the issues to me.My partner recommended Zarate & I haven’t gone anywhere else since!Super friendly staff, explains & actually shows you what his changed etc.Super easy to make a booking.John remembers & checks up if I’ve had any issues since last time. Explains what already needed to be addressed that day & then calls if something more needs to be done.

We had an issue with our 2017 Hyundai Tucson. John took the time and care to diagnose the issue, including a lot of time after his business hours to research in order to identify and rectify the issue. He also took the time to take the car home to test drive it himself to make sure that everything worked as expected. I have no hesitation in recommending Zarate Mechanics to anyone who care about their cars. We will be taking all our future business to Zarate as a result of his and his team's level of service and care.

I took my 2016 Focus ST to have my Cobb Air Intake, Turbosmart BOV, NGK Spark plugs installed as well as having it seviced by John and honestly would not recommend using any other mechanic other than Zarate mechanics. Great sevice very knowledgeable and most importantly very well priced.
