Product knowledge and service excellent. Courtesy and a great sense of humour. Thank you for a brilliant experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Prouds the Jewellers at Victoria Point. 10 out of 10 everyone.

The staff at the store were helpful and did their best. However, I was very upset with the jeweller who was supposed to resize my wedding ring set and have it back at the store 7 days later. I paid $360 up front. I received a call 9 days later and thought it was to come and pick up my rings. But NO!! The rings were returned untouched with a quote of $1,100 to repair the engagement ring. He refused to resize them for fear the diamonds would drop out during cleaning. Why didn't they inform me this was a possibility before I paid and handed over my rings? I would have happily had them resized without the cleaning. Now, it's too late to do it for the event I wanted to wear them to. A simple phone call from the jeweller upon first inspection could also have spared me the disappointment of waiting 9 days for no reason. My details were all there. Very poor customer service. If I do get the rings resized, it won't be with their jeweller.

My partner and I went in to look at Weddings Bands.No staff really paid any attention to us as we walked into the store and we had to go up to a salesperson to ask for help with what we were looking for. My partner asked to look at a ring and the sales person acted as if it was such a chore that we were doing so. She was not eager to show us any rings or suggest to us any alternatives as they did not have any in his size. When I chose one I liked and asked to try it on she simply said “I would not wear those together” and again was hesitant to help us out. Both of us decided to leave, feeling quiet deflated as we were looking to purchase something today. I was very disappointed with the service we received today

All of the staff were lovely and very helpful. They helped me to find the perfect present for the best price. I love the range of jewellery and I will definitely be shopping here again.

If I could put minus stars for the Victoria Point Store I would. My husband bought me a beautiful ring for my birthday. He had to have it re seized and went to pay for it today as agreed and the stupid girl who took the order forgot" to put it in for the resize. Baring in mind we don't have a lot of money and this was a real big thing for my husband to do for me

Absolutely dissapointed. I went in to get my husbands chain fixed. Next thing you know it. I realise they stuffed up the chain. I asked for a locker and they didnt even put one on. They made me pay for a necklace that wouldnt even lock. $50 for no lock just a necklace with two peices of of nothing. Then i find out a few days ago they didnt even put the right material on and it turned black. How pathetic and unintelligent.
