I had bought my queen mattress from here 10 years ago and I still love it to this day, so when I needed to buy a new one for my kids this is where I went. I was greeted by Donna who was excellent with her care and customer service. She was very knowledgeable and I ended up purchasing. I Was expecting for it to be delivered but she told me they box them up now and it fit in the back of my Mazda 3! So convenient! Highly recommend buying from omf.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Heather for her exceptional customer service yesterday. Made us feel welcome and gave suggestions based on our needs which we really appreciated. I also wanted to say thank you for updating me on my order today. It's refreshing to have companies and workers who value their customers. Went to another bedding place and at first they were nice, but then decided to check the mattresses at OMF at Casula. We then decided to go back to the first store to ask more questions and they seemed to get frustrated (to say the least) when we asked about the mattress protector for my partners child in regards to quality, warranty etc. needless to say, we went back to OMF where Heather and Dean again greeted us and were still more than happy to answer all our questions with a smile. We ended up purchasing a King single mattress and mattress protector. I highly recommend these guys.
