Excellent service from the young, tall chap in Castle Hill. I ended up buying 15 sleeves of coffee capsules. I was running out of coffee and I'm so glad we came to get more. Can't beat Nesspresso coffee.

Nespresso Boutique Castle Towers
Like others we felt belittled and patronised. The staff don't make you feel comfortable or inclined to purchase. After our visit we'll now always buy online. If you're after the kindergarten experience then this is the place for you! We all know Covid is a thing but the Nespresso outlet at Castle Towers has taken it to the next level. Never going back.

She definitely knows her stuff.My wife and I after we made our purchase were talking about her and both agreed that this is the type of staff you would like working for your business. I went to Nespresso to buy coffee pods. As I entered and enquired about different flavours/pods available I was told they are not allowing “Tasting”. Sorry guys I didn’t come to you guys to taste and try free I was there to buy. Worst thing is that I can’t buy these new pods from any other supermarkets.

New layout is extremely poor. 8 tills all over the shop but no service people. Who gets served first? Who knows? Sales staff definitely cannot tell.

The service was great from the staff, very helpful and provided great advice with coffee choices. The ability to try out coffee at the lab was also very welcome, the staff there were friendly and knowledgeable, we'll shop there again.

Poor customer service. The staff also not friendly and unprofessional.I was refused to taste coffee because they closed coffee bar. But it is only around 4pm. Their trading hour is until 5pm. It still got enough time. I use my coffee machine everyday I know how easy to make a coffee. Closing coffee bar was not a good excuse.The most reason I come in store is I could try new flavor before purchase. Also can chat with professional staff to know more about their coffee. However today’s staff is not friendly and leave a bad impression. I feel wasting my 30mins to drive to such far away place. Will never come back this store. Very disappointing.

Saturday night lights on door open. 1 person there. We are closed. Sunday am 3 people there. We not open yet. OK I can shop elsewhere.
