Ordered online and as I needed the product quickly I selected express post so it would be here within the week. Item was sent out Monday and it’s now tue the following week and it has still not arrived. I contacted Australia post and was told a refund for posting costs which was over $20 could be refunded but the seller would need to contact them as they are the ones who organised it. I then contacted the seller “allfarm” and they said they don’t refund shipping. I explained I already spoke to Australia post and I wasn’t asking for a refund from the company itself but from the shipping company who explained they would refund them and then they could process the refund to me. They weren't interested in contacting Australia post or helping me in any way. They kept repeating they don’t refund postage. Don’t waste your money on express post and better yet just don’t bother with online orders as clearly no help is given.
