Dropped in for a couple of sessions whilst on holidays. Emily and the team were awesome! Great new facility, excellent coaching staff and great equipment. Workouts were challenging, but enjoyable. Will be coming back next time I am in town! 5/5 would recommend!

I’ve trained at a few CrossFit gyms and CrossFit Raven is by far the best one hands down. The coaches are dedicated and there to push you. The WODs are always fun and challenging. I’ve noticed such a improvement in my physical and mental strength. Love this place!

CrossFit Grovedale is a fantastic place to train. I have been training here for 3 years and in that time have had great results in weight loss and have achieved a large increase in my personal fitness.The knowledgeable staff have expert experience in nutrition and personal training. The great team environment makes for an amazing group training atmosphere with all members encouraging each other. No matter what you current fitness level is CrossFit Grovedale can accommodate your needs.

Raven CrossFit is an awesome blend of fitness and community. The coaches guide everyone through the workouts so every person gets a great workout and pushes themselves. All levels of ability are catered for and they really focus on improving across all areas with emphasis on technique and skill. Love the people, the daily cheer squad and friends here! The best place to train!!!

I've been attending here 3 times a week since Oct 2022 and I love it. Small classes and amazing coaches who take the time to notice and get to know you. It's so comforting to know that you can ask for and trust their advice on options, weights, reps.The culture in the classes at Raven is so positive and supportive from coaches and participants alike. It's a wonderful uplifting way to spend time moving.
