What a great little cafe. Stumbled across this place whilst staying at the caravan park which it also services. The food is excellent One of the best hamburgers I have ever had. The coffee is very very good. The staff are soooo friendly and there is seating outside overlooking the river.

we are having a birthday breakfast there on the 24th and have had many meals there. A great menu and fantastic view, one of my favorite places , we live locally and it is hard to find a better quality breakfast anywhere else

We ordered pizzas to our cabin and they were sensational! Then the next morning, we went to breakfast and were pleasantly surprised at the wide choice on the menu plus lovely views of the river and excellent service. All the staff were welcoming and attentive and we’ll definitely be back.

Great spot, don't let the poorly designed menus throw you off. The food is fantastic the potato rosti breakfast is a real gem, will be back for sure

Lovely meal. Generous servings at reasonable prices. Great service. My husband and I both had NZ mussels with garlic & chilli. The best we've had. Large mussels and plenty of them in a tasty tomato based sauce.Sat. Nov. 7th. We returned for breakfast as we were leaving Forster after our week's holiday. Breakfast was as good as our previous week's lunch.For such an unassuming looking cafe, they produce great meals.We had trio of mushrooms with avocado on turkish bread and eggs benedict. Both meals were very well proportioned and very tasty. My mushroom stack definitely beat all the previous ones that I've had at other cafes.We'll be making this our meal stop on our trips up north, as we don't like eating at Maccas, KFC or Hungry Jacks.Check which days they are opened before making the trip.

Nice quite little Cafe during Australia winter.Good breakfast food, and very kind people.Chatted with them for a bit about the renovations happening to the area.Inaide seating, and outside.Check their hours, they have a bit odd operating hours, possible because of winter.

So glad to have stumbled across this gem! The menu is simple but delicious and well priced. Staff are very hospitable and friendly. It is a picturesque space right on the river. Locals and tourist alike, check this place out!

Very nice spot and a really good coffee. Virtually no gluten free options, the service was terrible - the man who served me asked how am I meant to know the ingredients" when asked what was in the chai latte mix. Then they forgot to bring me my coffee. A local that won't ever consider coming back as there are plenty of good options other than this.Edit: to the response below. The only option I was given today was the salad. No mention of all of these that you have told me. The man who served me responded terribly to me when I asked about the ingredients even saying "we don't know what's in the Mars bars so how are we meant to know what is in the drink mix". Kindly the barista gave me the packet to read. When I became angry about my coffee
